- Led planning committee of 11 volunteers and delegated tasks to ensure all aspects of event needs were met from initial planning stage though post-event debriefing.

- Continued growth every year: 2013 event exceeded goal of 200 attendees with 400 attendees; 2014 event had over 1,200 attendees (tripling previous year); 2015 event had over 2,000 attendees.
- Liaison with venue, rental companies, vendors, tournament groups, and volunteers throughout entire planning process to ensure convention would run smoothly and to expand event activities to meet needs of growing attendees year after year.
- Increased convention revenue and the number of participating vendors and artists from 35 in 2014 to 75 in 2015 by effectively extending convention marketing plan to tri-state area.
